Our sales prices do not include shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for any damage caused by refusal of acceptance or non-collection despite notification.
- We deliver the goods you ordered in the online shop to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process using a shipping company of our choice.
- The delivery times for orders in the online shop depend, among other things, on our suppliers. In any case, orders will be shipped immediately. You will be informed of the expected delivery time at the latest when you accept the order.
- Delivery times are extended by a reasonable period of time in the event of force majeure. This also applies to the occurrence of such events at our upstream suppliers and suppliers from whom we purchase the goods you ordered. You will not be entitled to any claims for damages from such circumstances. We will of course inform you about the duration of the delay as soon as we can foresee it.
